Well I do have loose skin but it’s not to bad, 6 months ago it was like I was rubber man lol

And I do have loose skin it’s just on my ass and under my arms, the nips are because it’s cold lol and I avoid the sun for the last year and im not tanning anymore

Ya but I just glad I’m no longer obese, didn’t think I’d lose the weight almost didn’t take before pics cuz I thought I’d always look like that.

start lifting while still cutting, you went from fat to normal. Sick fat loss, srs. now you can go from normal to lean and have some muscle behind it = profit.

That’s what I plan to do, I can’t lift for a while do to living situation but I’ve been doing body weight exercises and maintaining.
