I would just leave and go fist myself instead.

Not often but occasionally I have had days where I just felt off or my body didnt feel right. Don’t feel bad about it brah just try to tackle it harder next time
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

One time I showed up at the gym, put on a swim suit, took a quick shower than walked around the pool deck.. It wasn't abnormal to be totally drained upon arrival seeing as my day job was sitting in front of a computer for 9 hours.. Put my feet/calves in the water, it was super cold, Got out went back into the locker room and changed into some shorts and a tee shirt.. Went to the basketball court and there was a pick up game going on so I walked by the weight room and one of the trainers told me that denim was bad for the equipment (wears out the pads quicker than other kinds of shorts) so I went back to the locker room, changed and left.

Only when the AC was broken, otherwise motivation takes over.

No, the only closest that ever happened is that I ended my workout halfway through because I had to take a massive dump at home.

All the time. See all the benches taken and then go rage outside. Plus gym has been kicking us out from 11am-2pm for cleaning, which is exactly when I can go between classes

This. I've def. had some half ass work outs hungover but if I get to the gym I'm staying.

Rarely but yes. Was feeling slightly unwell with the beginning of a cold a few years back, intensified after doing a few sets of bench so I just bounced.

Only when its crowded
-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, you'll be waiting for a pretty long time.

Never.

What a weird thing to do. What are you supposed to feel? Its lifting weights up & down. Do you expect it to be fun & exciting every time? If you feel weak just do reps or volume instead. Or a lighter bodypart.

Sometimes I used to. My ex told me I look like chit all the time. I’d walk in and felt so ugly compared to other girls. I was so embarrassed, I’d just leave and come back in the middle of the night when no one was there.

Ive been lifting seriously for 10+ years, I really don't give a sh*t if I skip a session as long as I get 3 days in a week.
