Why do you care so much?

By your 30s, you should be smashing your career, be with a high quality sloot and be loving hobbies.

Worrying about glow is for sloots and incels.

"Glow" sounds very feminine

But if you want to know about the current research in anti-aging read "lifespan" by David Sinclair

He essentially reccomends:

- Fasting
- Eating chit load of veggies and little animal protein, especially red meat
- NAD and resveratrol
- Cold/heat exposure
- Exercise especially moderate cardio

He outlines how there is a revolution coming in anti-aging in the coming decades. By the time we are 70/80 we could still have the bodies of our 30s/40s if it all goes to plan
Gymnastics / Oly Lifting / BJJ / Kickboxing /

I know what you’re talking about, but I don’t really want to look younger and I’m kind of happy I’m growing older.

Read the first 10 pages of Outlaw by Angus Donald if you want some consolation for becoming older.

didn't read what has been said above but these are crucial to atleast stay where you are plus maybe add one point or two over the months/years in order of appearance:

getting enough sleep (you shouldn't feel tired when you wake up, if you do something is wrong)
Drinking a sht load of high magnesium/calcium water
micronutritionally dense diet (avoiding fast foods/too much processed foods/avoiding alcohol amap)
no smoking
Exercising (lifting) AND mostly doing cardiovascular exercises (2-3x a week), cardio is way more important for your body than lifting in terms of youth
slight caloric DEFICIT everyday (this one is crucial, basically myriads of studies proving that caloric restriction is the cheat code to stay young)
skincare routine
choosing your parents right
You can't fight fate

plus metformin

I do not totally buy his stuff. Seems out of touch in a lot of ways, as any kind of anti-androgen efforts help resist aging and destroy performance.

Androgens age you

I think dht ages you the most even tho dht has been shown to lead to stronger collagen in a couple studies

There’s like 3 TYPES of 5ar and I’m not sure which but blocking type 1 or 2 leads to better skin/better hair and the other type just better hair. It’s really fukin complicated

Some report better skin on dutasteride cause it blocks dht in the skin too

All of this. If you lose weight, keep your wrinkles away, stay lean and keep the alcohol consumption down it goes a long ways to looking younger. I'd add drink plenty of fluids and get plenty of sleep.

But I think test ages you less than dht. Dht i think is the main factor in aging. And I think havin adiquete estrogen levels mite help

Ashton Kutcher looked 24 all the way up to 40 cause he was on finasteride, then the second he announced he came off it, looked like he aged 15 years in only 3 years

I remember they had a male who was born without any testosterone or dht and posted on reddit, he was 48 and he looked 18 lmao

Low t will also age you tho just as much as overange high t

True but these things aren't too bad at all for me

I fast twice a week, eat a lot of veggies, and keep protein moderate (1g/kg), and eat red meat only a few times a month when I really fancy a nice juicy burger or steak

I don't feel like it negatively impacts my quality of life at all, the opposite in fact

As far as statins and stuff I don't f with that, but would probably start taking metformin once I am 40. Minor sacrifices now could make your quality of life a lot better when you're older

You'd lose weight every day until you die. If you really are in a deficit, that is.

we're not talking about huge deficits but a hundred of kcals or two, just don't overeat basically

also there are a lot of metabolic adaptions happening if you sustain a caloric restriction in the long term, basically you stop losing weight after some time but still keep the deficit benefits.

When I was 20 I had a body of a teenager. I got my glow around 2 years ago at the age of 25 when I actually got a feminine body with better lifestyle choices and some help from the pills lol. So I think I was a bit late to the party

Naah, pills fixed me. Took a few tries to find the right pills.
But I went from being pale(apparently my monthly visitors made me anemic) with tiny curves to more feminine less pale version of myself. Just shame it took me so long, now I’m in my late 20s already.

Had no idea this was even possible. Guess it’s from being under nourished.

Congrats on hitting a form you are happy with.

If you have aggressive monthly visitors it makes condition worse. I was probably bordeline anemic already due to my chit diet at that time so losing more blood made me very faint and pale. Pills make it possible to skip these visitors. Also helps with hormones if one is low on them, hence pills can help with breast growth lol.

No one ever suggested anything. I knew I was slow at developing because at my class I was probably the last to get visitors and I never gained weight, looked back at my records and I was 48.5kg 4 years ago compared to 56kg I am now. Just sucks because I never had a chance to glow at 18-24

Glow is just baby skin. After your 20s you lose baby skin and if you wanna look good and young you need low bf 10% or less.

Low body fat and start paying attention to your skin/fix your sun damage.

-hydration
-fruits/veggies (studies have shown humans can pick out faces of people who consume the most carotenoids and find them more attractive - they literally have a glow)
-face routine (Hyaluronic Acid, Amino-Peptide, Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) + Vitamin C Serum)
-take care of sun spots or fine lines with professional help if needed (skin peel/laser)

/*******ry.
