My very srs advice: don't take a follow-up test unless you absolutely have to for work. Just do your 2 weeks (or 10 days or whatever) in quarantine and then re-enter society.

The CDC removed that requirement recently because trace amounts of the virus can remain in your system for days / weeks and still show up on the tests. It happened to me and the testing center told me to go back into quarantine for another 14 days after I already did my time. My doctor basically said fukk them, you're fine to go about your normal life and actually scolded me for taking a second test.

Week in and no symptoms besides some eye pain/sensitivity. I slept until 11 and slept for another couple hours at 2 or so. Sex drive still good x2 already and at least 1 more to go.

I get an alcohol like smell in my nose every once in a while.

No fever or shortness of breath.
