Never been a person to worry or overthink and I'm very grateful for that. The more you think about all the bad BS in the world, the worse you'll feel. Try to not look at the news daily or social media for starters.

Thats funny op because i have really started to struggle. Worked pretty hard over the last few years to battle my depression and tendency to have some really dark thoughts but this year has really made me regress on that front and I feel like Iโ€™m starting to lose the battle.

Exercise! Go for runs or walks a couple times per day. Even just getting the fresh air can help clear my head.

Honestly, life for me has not change too much except I have been moved to fulltime remote work, which has been great. I feel bad for my kids though, they have missed out on a lot of things due to this crap. I can tell it's having an effect on them, especially with school being remote.

Getting pretty depressed too boyos.

Had to start working for a new company that fukked me over because they left out important details intentionally when I interviewed (after hours/weekend shifts) that fukked me out of 10k in base salary.

Now gyms are closing and chit.

Add on to that it's getting fukking cold and I feel stuck in an area that I never wanted to live longterm (moved here almost 3 years ago for work & all friends/family live 500-1500 miles away)

I know for me, having little projects going is helpful and keeps me motivated / positive. I'm doing a StepBet challenge that gets me out of the house and walking at least a couple of miles a day and a crafting project. It's not a perfect system but I'm finding that those small things help.
