I've been taking 22 mg picolinate for quite a while and haven't noticed anything bad. also isn't it true people release zinc in their sweat? thus wouldn't some people need more than others?

The only reason I'm going to share this story is because this is the misc.

50mg of a zinc supplement isn’t 50mg of elemental zinc. It’s more or likely 7-15mg depending on type ie oxide, picolinate, sulfate etc.
