$299 for that phone lmao. You could buy a brand new iphone SE for that, delete all the extra crap and have a phone that does phone things well without being a distraction.

Probably because they are a super small company.

you can probably walk a couple blocks and find a motel, walk-in bookings exist you know? the smartphone finds you the cheapest option and expedites your payment process, but nobody ever needed that before, and you don't need it now. it's an illusion of greatness the smartphones were trying to sell you.

This is embarrassing to admit but it's like this: Having ACCESS to the apps is the problem.

It's like being an alcoholic saying they're just going to go have a glass of water or a club soda at the bar.

Apple and Google have already implemented digital well-being apps knowing full well that most of us simply can't resist the temptation even when the results are right there in our face.

This is their way of making it look like they care about us but really they know the power of addiction overrides sensibility.

Thus the only solution I've found for a screen addict like myself is to remove the temptation. Physically remove it.

Same way we survived with pay phones in public? Or even before those were everywhere, you used to go into a business to use a phone.

People don't know how to keep to themselves anymore and mind their own business, to beself reliant.

You'd get around just fine overseas like all of your ancestors, learn to trust in yourself, things work themselves out in life one way or another.

Life has become such a joke since smartphones became normal; younger people just don't realize it

I think this and an iPad would help you perform much better than a smartphone.

Too much honestly hurts you. I used to stream music a lot, except I think collecting the music makes more sense than relying on some hosted source.

I used to travel internationally without an internationally-active smartphone. I just looked things up ahead of time and did not struggle.

It's a shame gsm is getting the chop at the end of the year otherwise I'd be still using this for my main cell.
Week long battery life between charges. Without a doubt my most favorite phone.

The thing that I'm sick of with smartphones is the heavy google dependancy, tracking and bloatware that's on it as a default, and I'm not a fan of Apple either.

I dont have a cell phone. My truck broke down a week ago and nobody at any stores would let me call a tow truck. So I had to walk 4 or so miles back to my house from the store and call from home a tow truck and a cab to take me back to my truck. I fukin hate everyone. We live in a society. I dont get how people dont see a problem.

Yeah I was asking and the store people were acting like I was trying to call a drug dealer or something and I was telling them my truck wont start and there is gas pouring out all over the ground when I try to start it. They were all like nah we dont let customers use the phone. Store policy. At every store I went to in the strip mall plaza thing. I asked a few random people and they ignored me and wouldn't even respond. So I was like fuk these people I am done. Anybody ever asks me for help I will tell them to fuk off and kill themselves srs
