Lot of weekdays I only get 5-6 and feel fine. Almost never sleep late unless it was a real late night out, but even then usually up earlier than friends

I have always had trouble sleeping.

However, if I get plenty of exercise with intense lifting, walking, etc I get sleepy. If not, I could stay up all day.

I also started painting again and after staring at a canvas and concentrating intently for hours, my eyes are tired. So, maybe a hobby where you must contrentrate.

Also, reading before bed used to help but I lost interest in novels.

Not being able to sleep isn't a great feeling.
