How do you keep the crust from getting soggy with grease? srs question
I know you need to precook the meat and drain but when I've tried this it still ended up a soggy mess

Looks delicious!
I like more veggies in my meat though, potatoes, carrots, onions, peppers. I've never made one though.

yes. one of my favorite meals and easy to make with a little practice. if you are going to make meat pies get yourself small springform pans. 4" is what most bakeries or gaelic restaurants will use. grab some hp sauce too

Was going to make some rude jokes directed at OP but to be honest, good job. Nice for someone your age to be into physical exercise instead of being a whale.
So I have nothing bad to say.
The meal looks good too.

Honestly kimm4..
The meat looks dry, it needs more gravy, it should ooze out a little when you slice it like that.
Gravy ontop would make the pastry chewy, not flakey - ammirite?
Potatoes have no place INSIDE the pie. Only acceptable when mashed ontop instead of pasty - i.e - potato top pie
Also looks like it is seriously lacking in cheese.
I will give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you made the pastry yourself, so thats a plus.
All things considered, and without being able to taste it i would say 5/10 - i would eat it to be polite but wouldn't order it again
