I'm betting on drug overdose.

I have know of a lot of people kicked out of moving cars and naked girls dumped in the snow who overdosed, and then they just died there.

I say that because they said there were no real marks on the body.

As I have said, I have known of a variety of hookers who got dumped on the side of the road after overdosing on the side of the road while with a trick.
