They have to make it less visual. Women only get attracted to few men by just pictures.

They also have to keep people in their lane or at most 1 point away.

This wont help. Japans issue is their culture of work until you decide to jump off the building only to get saved by a net so they can throw your ass right back into your cubicle.
There is way to much pressure on being a productive member of society in regards to work instead of putting some focus on the family unit.
