There is one area in my City where the bums are pretty aggressive too. Its the bar/entertainment district where the college kids hang out. When I was in college one of my friends talked chit to one of them, and for the next year when he saw us on the street he'd run after us yelling at us. We called him "DAAAAAAAA!" because that is about the only noise he ever made.
5 years later watching the news and dude was arrested for murder.
