Chiiiit, about to be 30 so my tours days are numbered. In a relationship currently so dont really need it, but not going to lie the ego stroking feels great. Like yourself can't tell if it's getting older or just going to bars less. But pre-covid when would go out to bars on average would be hit on or approached by a chick, felt great.

My thoughts are as a guy if you take care of yourself you'll likely be attractive to women around your age range, but the idea that a 40 year old guy is attractive at bars to 22-25 year olds is pure myth and cope lol Only happens with insane status

Never worked an office job but I do miss getting hit on by the baddies at work.

The only good looking girls at my work are married.

I don't miss the 3 hour commute.

Silence Speaks probably works in bum**** nowhere. If you live in an A tier city (NYC, Chicago, LA, or Toronto ya canuck) for a big corporation (especially in certain industries) then the office will be filled with guys/girls who:

- diet/eat healthy
- are into fitness
- dress well
- went to an elite school
- come from a good background
- big on travel, upperclass hobbies like skiing, etc
- etc.


Meanwhile if you live in like some midwestern crap tier city like Indianapolis and work at a small office you'll be filled with people who:

- went to a directional university (Northern Ohio U or some crap)
- hobbies include watching sports/tv and nothing else
- have fat office dad bods, never work out
- wear khaki pants and crap they bought from Kohls
- Eat fast food and donuts on a daily basis

Still have my hair and am in shape, but looks fade. It is what it is. Rather age gracefully than cope with surgeries and what not. Just harder than I thought.

The miscer dream of 40+ and smashing young 20s randoms is pure cope. Not to say there aren't any younger women into older men. There definitely are. They are just the exception and most young women with older men are like you said, in it for the status. That wouldn't do it for me.


All you can do is take care of yourself. Eat right. Get sleep. Moisturizer. And hope for the best, but to think you'll be more attractive to more women in your 30s and 40s than your 20s is completely irrational.

I speak from experience, its tough letting go off that Chad party life. I know how cheesy it sounds, but my daughter makes it easier.

Depends what your goals are. Plenty of hot women in 30s and 40s. As a dude you generally have good options at your age minus 7 years or so. At 31 I have no doubt could still get 25 year olds relatively easy. But yea the 22 year olds likely no way.

But if you’re 27 you might think you are “peak” but a 29 year old girl won’t be into you. Older you get you have more options. That said most reasonable women settle down at 30 or so anyways. So if you want to travel abroad, stay at a hostel, smash prime sloots, go clubbing, etc you have a shelf life on that
