In one video, he recommends making money in real estate, but in another video, I remember him saying he regrets investing in properties because it was a huge headache. He had to get his units stuccoed, which cost $30,000 and was a pain in the ass. He said if he had the choice to do it over again, he wouldn’t buy rental properties.
