is it normal to thin from the sides? this is sorta looking like me but my hairline isn't receeding, it's just thinning evenly all over. I been cutting for years non stop tho so i think it's telogen effluvium or some chit. When i stop cutting it grows back. I need to stop cutting lol but either be fat or hairless which one misc..

SRS OP have you been to the doctor, hows your stress ? isn't 24-27 a weird time to be receding that much? it looked perfect then it dropped badly. Has your diet or sleep routine changed? normally people start from 18 or something.

That after pic is an incredibly bad one, pillow hair, I'd just woken up, the main thing is how far my hair line has crept up my forehead and round the temples, its a inch on both I think now. That first pic believe or not it had already started going, but I had an incredible base.
given the rate of progression, I estimate another 18months-2 years it can be pulled off before the statham life arrives

I'm only 6' even, so I'm worried I may not be able to pull it off well, when the suns back, and the tan comes in the summer, I may make the move, to ease the transition
