I only support this if he is 100% sure that the election was stolen and there was fraud. If there is a doubt he is wrong then this is a dangerous move.

ofc there was fraud. This was an unprecedented election where a chit ton of people voted by mail. The question isnt 'was there fraud'. It's, 'was there widespread fraud that caused Trump to lose the election, and is it provable?". I have yet to see Trump even come close to that benchmark

I support the presidents implementing martial law in the swing takes if it is by means of auditing voting machines with both Democrats / Republicans presiding

Once is for al I believe it will prove that voter fraud was not enough to swing the election. However congress should act to do this themselves so the president does not have to do this himself. Quite frankly it is long overdue and I am a frequent critic of the presidents unsubstantiated claims. However, it is a necessary move and will increase transparency for the future.

Clearly trump cannot be allowed to have his own team audit the machines

The ends do not always justify the means. The election occurred, the results were certified, the electors chosen, and the electors voted. It's too late.

We all know fraud happened, but we knew many months ago that fraud was going to occur as secretaries of state and governors were unilaterally (improperly) changing rules related to the election to allow for "mail-in" voting. This opened the door to all sorts of fraud, but fraud with mail-in ballots is incredibly difficult to uncover because the fraud occurs all over the place and over the course of weeks, not in a few voting centers in one day.

Fraud will never be proven, but Trump/GOP had the opportunity to avoid the opportunity for fraud and they failed.
