Cook your own food.

Keep net carbs under roughly 50g.

Hire a nutritionist and or a good trainer. Most will have a 12-16 week cutting program.
Or to do it yourself just research the chit out of it. Figure out wxactly what your consuming now macro wise then take 200 cals a day off of it to start and see what happens.

In. Here are some pics I just took. Been slowly bulking over the last couple years and plan on continuing with my slow bulk. Really trying to improve my delts and arms. Back is alright and I think my chest and core are okay and will look better once I finally cut.

Here's a picture at the beginning of my bulk in September

https://ibb.co/cXDy6cC

Still a twink here but looking back i'm reasonably happy with how I look.

Been bulking ever since and trying to stay really strict with tracking calories and gaining roughly 1kg/month here is the beginning of Dec

https://ibb.co/CH5zw1M

I plan on doing a brief mini cut in January and continue to slowly bulk after that hopefully reaching around 78 Kg before summer time.
