This was a tough call for us but we chose public over private. We wanted more diversity in the learning experience however we chose a house in the best school district in town. I think private education is better due to excellent academics and teachings. But socially, Im not sure about "outsider" kids going into that world.....at least in our city.

Good private education in our city starts at around at $20k a year and is very competitive to get into. I always wondered...."man, I should start a private school" LOL

Agree, op. Oldest boy is 4. I keep him away from the internet. I know several kids his age who spend their whole day on Youtube and... wait for it... TIKfukingTOK. 4 years olds, on tiktok. My niece , who is also 4, was watching some butt ugly African making a fool of himself on tiktok during Christmas lunch today. I was almost shocked, but remembered it's [current year]. gg, mankind

I was a Public school kid unfortunately. And I really got held back because of it. Worked out in the end though. But all of my highschool friends just wanted to drink and smoke weed all the time.

My younger sister went to private school and was surrounded by so many diverse students. Her best friend was from China. I met her family at graduation, and her dad was some CEO of a large corporation in Beijing. Was mirin hard. Dude looked like a fkn boss. When I saw all the students who graduated with her I knew I messed up. The governor came and spoke and had fighter jets do a flyover lmao I had an opportunity to go to the same school for free to start their baseball program, but turned it down like an idiot.

I'm sure your kid will be fine though especially in a good district in a city. But without a doubt a kid will receive a more quality education from a private school.

Yes im sure they did. I just remember on a few different occasions watching private school high school aged kids talk like total jerks to doormen, valets, grocery store attendants, etc and it left an impression with me. I know most people are just jerks so I shouldnt blame that on private school but that entitlement was just one factor.

I think the best thing is to live in an area that is very wealthy/safe to begin with. I personally don't think you can avoid drug use in school with teenagers. It's everywhere and I believe those who pay for private education are just wasting money.
I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky. I never told anybody to lie, not a single time; never. These allegations are false. And I need to go back to work for the American people. Thank you.

Anyone else remember when watching snuff films was a thing in HS and MS? I had some values and under no circumstances would want to see that crap, I would walk out on my friends. I went to a rich hs too, one of the best in the country, and every kid who wasn't a complete nerd was doing drugs.

I used to go on rotten.com when I was like 10 lol. I’m not a serial killer, rapist, thief, sex trafficker or anything else. I don’t think the internet can fuk people up that bad however I do know people whose kids are like 3 years old on iPads on YouTube selecting exactly what they want to watch etc. It’s pretty scary seeing kids becoming that tech savvy at that age. My dumb ass was blowing n64 cartridges lol

Agreed with everything you posted
What? Your faith isn’t that strong in the first place if a quick google search can destroy it so easily. It would be inevitable that it’s lost, either way.

100% my childhood. We didn’t have the internet. Didn’t even have cable most of my childhood.

Saw tons of porn at friends houses. Rotten.com
Smoked weed a few times, though that was never my thing.

Though you shouldn’t expose your kid to degenerate things, you also have to realize that they will be exposed to it at some point, and do your best to instill morals and values in them from the very beginning of their lives.

almost every day since I was 11, I would try to watch porn for a good hour. But NEVER with black people in it, exceptions were Lexington Steele and Mandingo. 100% SRS. I wud always avert my gaze if it landed on a thumbnail of a black porncel.

then at the age of 17, my mind was too saturated with normal porn, so I decided to try a Tyrone gangbang. I started dry-heaving and almost vomited after watching it for 10 seconds.

I don't even know why.

anyways, now I watch BBC pron all the time.

Would love for this to be true, but it's not 2001 anymore

a smart kid would figure this chit out in no time.

Best is to be a good role model yourself, and be involved in their life (as much as possible without being forceful)
