Sometimes I get pain then remember I bumped my nuts on something the day before.

Usually bumped into the corner of a table or something like that.
The billionaire and the beggar both have 24 hours in a day.

That's why grandma's apple pie rocks and yours sucks.

I had something similar and went to my doc. They prescribed me meds and it all went away. It wasn't a twisted/tortion nut though. It just randomly happened when I had no physical injury to my nut. Please, go see your doc.

No homo.

But yeah don't every ignore ball pain. Friend of mine was playing baseball and during a warmup stretch he felt a little tug on his nuts, and then suddenly in dire pain because his nuts were twisted. Another dude took a shot to the nuts and then overnight his sack swelled to the size of a grapefruit, and he needed emergency surgery to save them. Another kid got his nuts caught on a fence and lost one.

If I ever lost my nuts, I'd probably just end it all srs.

It could be a varicocele. It's quite common among people who lift heavy.

The pain episodes seemed to have subsided for now. I was feelin the same kind of pain randomly after my surgery but it didnt continue like this morning felt. probably just some random infection. Can maybe get sti tests and doctor checkd tomorrow morn if it continues. Have to sleep and work later tonite.
If it subsided then its probably not a torsion but sitting down playing computer games all morning is exactly how/when i got my torsion, it steadily got worse through the day

My cousin had the same problem and ignored it till he woke up screaming in pain one night. Found that one of his test tubes got in tangled with the other one and had to cut him open to untie them.

Don’t play with your balls bro for a few reasons.

If it's torsion, you'll know. It is the yell out loud type of pain.

Epididymitis or prostatitis are probably the culprit. Usually just inflammation or an infection someone in the pelvic region - if it doesn't go down in a couple days a doctor can give you some antibiotics. The **** part about pelvic infections is that once you get them you can be prone to them forever - I've found that during an episode zinc/ZMA makes it worse.

Obviously, if you haven't, do a testicle check for lumps and growths but in most cases it's just an infection.
