Yep, the frontal lobe is responsible for logic and reasoning, impulse control, emotions, communication, and even sexual behaviors amongst other things.

I used to think CTE injuries were BS to cover for abusive behavior, but after doing a lot of research on the frontal lobe it is a legitimate catalyst for aggressive behavior.

Richard Ramirez, for example would have been a functioning member of society human had he not experienced a concussion as a toddler, combined with him witnessing his father beat his siblings, had another untreated head injury, then later Richard's father beating the **** out of him. He went on to endure another head injury that led to Temporal Lobe Epilepsy, which caused seizures, personality and behavioral changes, obsessive thoughts, and was never diagnosed and remedied, because Doctors thought he'd "grow out of it."

Richard's sister Ruth's husband, who was a proud Peeping Tom, taught Richard how to sneak around houses, and watch people discreetly, without arousing suspicion. All of this happened before he was even Teens, and in the pivotal point of his sexual awakening (11-12)

I think, if not for those things, he may have not necessarily been a pillar of society or even well adjusted, but certainly not a Serial Rapist and Murderer. Maybe, a high function Misfit, a ****boi, who would have channeled his darkness in more productive ways.











Then to make matters worse Miguel Ramirez, Richard's cousin who brazenly shared sordid tales of him raping Vietcong women and being able to kill relentlessly without having to be held accountable for it. He showed him photos of rape, gore, violence and boasting about how he killed for fun while in Vietnam. Miguel even killed his wife, Jessie in front of 12-year-old Richard. That was the first irl murder he witnessed, and it changed the trajectory of his life forever.



John Wayne Gacy as well. His father beat the **** out of him, he witnessed his mother beaten and abused as well, he was bullied relentlessly in school, and suffered blackouts and seizures all throughout his adolescence due to head injuries he endured as a result of his father's abuse. Again, he too never received proper treatment.
