Is your friend a doctor who's diagnosed the MRI?

If not, you may want to try fisting yourself with the good arm until you feel better.

Hurts when raising it laterally straight and sideways

Left doesn’t. Also feeling some pain in front near chest when some random pt did vaccum cupped the area. Mobility

Chest presses and shoulder hurt it a lot and next few days pain is very bad


Pain is same if I don’t workout for 2 weeks

It doesn’t bother me daily unless I actually test for pain

If it hasn't healed itself after 3 years I don't think BPC 157 will TB500 will do much but there's not much to loose tbh, I did use BPC 157 for a meniscus tear and it helped reduce the pain allowing me to workout until I was able to get the surgery just make sure you don't get Chinese rat piss I paid nearly $100 for a small vial from a trusted source

I do plan on doing a TB500 and BPC Stack in the near future

Orthos recommend these two.

I suspect stem cells will be added to the canon soon. Right now, they cost as much as surgery, so their only advantage is being minimally invasive.
