Is there muscle knotting in your back? Is it a bicep problem? Is it AC joint? Is it RC? Which RC muscle? Do you have limited shoulder mobility? Which exercises aggravate it? Does it hurt if you don't workout for 2 weeks?....etc
If you don't know, find out and then people will be able to let you know the appropriate course of rehab inc supplementation. Otherwise its shooting in the dark and quite frankly, moronic.

Left doesn’t. Also feeling some pain in front near chest when some random pt did vaccum cupped the area. Mobility
Chest presses and shoulder hurt it a lot and next few days pain is very bad
Pain is same if I don’t workout for 2 weeks
It doesn’t bother me daily unless I actually test for pain
I don't check my CP, IDC about reps/negs

If it hasn't healed itself after 3 years I don't think BPC 157 will TB500 will do much but there's not much to loose tbh, I did use BPC 157 for a meniscus tear and it helped reduce the pain allowing me to workout until I was able to get the surgery just make sure you don't get Chinese rat piss I paid nearly $100 for a small vial from a trusted source
I do plan on doing a TB500 and BPC Stack in the near future

It’s been 3 years pain isn’t going away.
I’m just worried about sides or is it safe
Easy to get?
Can it also be used for lower back?

I suspect stem cells will be added to the canon soon. Right now, they cost as much as surgery, so their only advantage is being minimally invasive.
