Already discussed in this thread. Rise with the sun. Do manual labor 5 days per week for 8-12 hours per day. On your days 'off' be active outside. Get plenty of sleep.

I really think males are meant to labor outside every single day. Sitting down indoors all day and easy living is neutering us as a species. Obesity, low T, depression, anxiety, etc. should not exist.
Half the things you listed would be negatively effected by high T.

Life is about a million times more stressful. The 50s-90s were basically the closest earth ahs ever come to the garden of Eden.

People have anxiety because 40 years ago if you just did a sport you had a chance to become a national athlete. Now you have 15 year olds breaking all time powerlifting records from 10 years ago. Kids running sub 10 seconds.
The job market is hyper competitive and you get very quickly left behind if you dont excel from day 1. OUr parents cant comprehend the level of day in day out performance it takes to make it half as far as they did.

27% drop in 20 years is extremely concerning

i get the temptation to make soy boy jokes and to imply that its somehow a mentality change in society but there is a physical/environmental cause to this and the fact that no national organization or media attention seems to be interested in uncovering WHY this is happening is fuked up and makes me fume. If women had a 27% average drop in estorgen in a mere 20 years, the media would be up in arms and every politicians would be "committed to uncovering why we are damaging our young women" or some BS like that.

its the food, its the plastics, its birthcontrol reaching the water supply, whatever but its fuked up society doesnt seem interested in countering this.

The world is getting over-populated and a lot of job fields are over-saturated. Its easier then ever to make money/build wealth. But its certainly stressful and competitive as well. Whereas years ago boomers were content just to have a job to be able to afford a milk shake on a date.

As far as athletics 40 years ago most kids didn't even know was steroids were. Now-a-days you've got kids 15 years old running cycles. Bottom line is if your natural you're going to fall behind people that aren't. And nobody is natural at a high level anymore. For fux sake kids that will never make a college team are still cycling in HS.

Jestermaxxxing for the girls.

When the hotties from their highschool have 50k followers and dozens of rich handsome dudes asking them out, they gotta find a way to stay competitive. Its such a depressing never-ending cycle.

I wouldn't really believe this sht, but I have 6 nephews (under 25). 3 are gay and the other 3 are complete beta liberal cucks. Just looking at them you would see that, but when you get talking to them it's even worse. I don't understand because my Bros/Sis arent anywhere near that.

Lots of cope here. Life was FAR more stressful in the past. Today is easy as fuk. Difference is we praised the strong back then, and today we celebrate the weak.

And the T-levels is not surprising with all the med use these days on kids, and the piss poor diet theories spouted the last 40 years.

My gym is about 5 minutes from a local private school. (Type place where all the rich people send their kids).

90% of the teenage males are 5'10-6'2 and a large portion of the females are about 5'6-5'9. Females all look like IG fitness models and the dudes look like clone versions of David Laid.

Social media generation has all the females doing booty workouts building hourglass physiques and the males running cycles to look like an IG fitness influencer. I sh!t you not. Meanwhile kids from public schools look nothing like the rich kids.

I know people that are 20-30 think they have it rough. But when the current 14-18 year old groups reach their mid 20s onward they are really going to be screwed.

In practical terms life was harder but our parents didn't have to compete on a global level like workers do now.

To increase testosterone drink things like probiotic yogurt not regular yogurt. Eat things like Raw honey, eggs, salads, fish, fruits ect.., and take ur vitamins (dont overdo it though). Also do things like improving your posture, winning at competitions, getting sun, banging sloots ect..

Almost impossible not to be high T after doing the above. Especially with the diet part

Of course genetics also play a role

Like someone else itt said low T is an easy fix (legally) and it's not incredibly expensive.

They also didn't have a global marketplace to take advantage of either. Nobody was dropshipping, or making a living off social media, or online sales, or....

The truth is the world is just different. Stressors are different. Expecations are different. Plenty of similarities too.
Everything depends upon execution; having just a vision is no solution.

Performance and performance alone dictates the predator in any food chain.

Yeah, crazy how much things changed in such a short period of time.

At 14 i was wasting all my money on yugioh cards and playing smash bros with my friends every weekend. Kids at 14 nowadays are looking for ways to get famous and rich, looking like freakin pro-athletes before they graduate highschool lmao

I've made a prediction that people who are 28-30 somethings right now are the last kind of males to exist, because we still have testosterone, masculinity.

I feel that the next 5-10 years because of plant/soy based products, a push for gender neutral bathrooms, stopping "toxic masculinity" and dropping titles with the name "man" in them will gradually just lead to everyone being the same.

Real men, who exhibit alpha characteristics are going to be the minority.

I mean, we argue that there's less pay for more work currently, but that's definitely because of globalization and outsourcing. It just got more competitive, which requires people to work harder. I think our parents/grandparents would've done the same if they knew their job was jeopardized. Most people I know who had limited education, but "made it" had to endure demanding work to reap the benefits.

Even if my parents made good money at my age, I don't ever recall them taking more than 1 vacation/year - if that. I also noticed my parents rarely used sick days, where it seems to be different now.

So is our generation working harder, or just lazier at this point?

yeah for starters even if you are getting weekly injections, you are getting a spike once a week and it lowers down over that time then spike again. instead of being more consistent

This uber competiveness everyone is talking about is just in the major cities where everyone wants to live. If you just move out to more a rural area, life is a little more managable.

i get the temptation to make soy boy jokes and to imply that its somehow a mentality change in society but there is a physical/environmental cause to this and the fact that no national organization or media attention seems to be interested in uncovering WHY
Thats because theyre the same thing. Its def. More mentality imo. Im sure other stuff affects but less so

I think you could isolate this. Take the t levels of natties in actually masculine sports(these athletes would still be affected by the enviro. Outside as well). And compare them to officels. No synthetic stuff allowed, and not a pussified sport like golf or something

Dude who sits on his computer all day vs. A guy in a competitive environment constantly competing

Environment literally changes every fiber of your being whereas you could be masculine as fuk and drink some water that barely affects it. But i understand the sentiment in that being a physical thing that would certainly affect it

But so does being a fat tub of lard vs. Being active; the body is also reacting to those forced changes

Edit: competitiveness would be good for t btw
