Apparently, I'm redoing a bathroom and one of the guys who is working on an apartment next door came in cussing about Legault and told me what he saw on the news. I asked some other tradies too and they confirm.

I don't think any other province would actually shut down construction, Legault is a special cuck. Though, imagine all tradies across the country are forced to stop working lol.

will never happen ... the population iq is way too low to even have the capacity to go learn by themselves that the cdc said mask and lock downs are useless
same way they cant figure out that pressing pause doesn't do **** and only makes everything worst in every aspect of life .
When everything doubles in price in the next few years because of that money printing they'll be to low iq to even trace it back to 2020

Well, wouldnt be the end of the world here since employment insurance, but I am salary and i am sure the company would like to continue making money if I am to be paid.

I am going to be driving the guys to the jobsite ten miles out via hovercraft soon. Not much covid out where we are...

I've never understood this logic since stores started shortening hours in March. Brb forcing everyone in together instead of being able to spread out during the day.

Makes no sense. You have places where everything is wide open. No masks, no distancing, nothing and people aren't dropping dead left and right nor are the hospitals bursting at the seams. Why would it be any different somewhere else?

The only reasoning for curfew is that the virus is spreading faster because people are still gathering indoors (friends, parties, etc.)

Everyone went to see someone for christmas, polls says 50% but everyone cheated, myelf included. Now we are paying the price.

Why would anyone admit to this to the government ? It's literally giving them ammunition, curfews aren't going to stop people from gathering or going out anyway.

How is a "curfew" going to stop this exactly? If they're shutting down everything except grocery and pharmacies people will just be gathering all afternoon together.

Curfew starting Saturday from 20:00 - 05:00, for 4 weeks.

Anyone caught outside during those hours can face a fine ranging from 1000$ - 6000$

All non essential businesses to remain closed, grocery stores to close at 19:30

They were also talking about coming up with documents to allow essential workers to be out during those hours to go to work.

From CTV news (can't post a link, so posting content below). You can't make this stuff up LOL...

SHERBROOKE -- A Sherbrooke husband and wife were handed sizeable fines for violating curfew, despite the wife's protests that she was walking her dog and the fact the husband was wearing a leash.

The woman and her husband were each given $1,500 fines by Sherbrooke police for violating curfew. The pair was caught walking at 9 p.m. on Saturday evening.

Police said the two were walking towards downtown and did not cooperate with the officers.
