I thought they opened at some point? Or is that just different areas than where you are?
I am in LA and LA fitness has been closed, I have two near me and at least those two are closed. It was open one month in June, I went few times. There might be some gyms open but my husband wouldn't let me go anyways cos he's panic cell extraordinaire. I can't go nowhere.

I don’t have any gym progress goals and just want to maintain and enjoy my workouts. So changing gyms every 1-2 years or so is a good way to keep it fresh and fun.
Lucky your gym has stayed open. If you can change every year or two there must be a lot nearby.

Do you live in a smaller town/less populous area?

Sorry bb.

Despite seeming misc opinion I'm actually one of the least panicked people. My ex is definitely much more cautious, along with a good number of my acquaintances.

Oof. That sucks. Are you working out at home? I would lose my mind if I couldn't lift.

Well not really small town. Actually I lied. I wasn't thinking of the 24 hour gyms. There's a couple not far from me but they're super small. I'd rather stay at my bigger gym, especially since it's prob the same amount or more per month. YMCA's are way more and there's also a club that has a nice gym facility not far but that is super expensive. I think it's like $150 a month. Couldn't afford even if I wanted to go there. lol

Chain gym, but it never closed and never got full.
State said 50% of 300 and we never ever got close to that.
I would guess at the most i have seen 40 people in a huge, huge open space.
All good here

Yea...I do lunges with 40lbs dummbells, I have leg curl machine, I do goblet squats with 55lbs. Dumbbell. I do hip thrusts with 80lbs. bar, that's as much I have so I can't do deadlifts. And I do bench with the db's and bent over row w 60lbs. I do overhead press with 55lbs. and sometimes other shoulder work and biceps or push-ups. And I have a pull-up bar, which I use a lot because I want to master my pull-up game.

If I could do heavy deadlifts I would be happy, that's pretty much the only thing I'm missing. I don't really miss squats because they always mess up my back/sciatica, and goblet squats don't do that.

Also I got a bootysprout machine for Christmas

Edit: I also do abs and split training at home with no equipment.

Sounds like you have plenty of equipment. My db's max out at 15 lbs heaviest. lol What is a bootysprout machine?

It's like hip thrust machine but instead of a bar, it has bands. It's awesome piece of equipment for the price. It was only $150.

Yeah, I looked it up after I posted. I don't have anywhere to keep something like that. Will have to stick to barbell hip thrusts.

You can fold it and put it under your bed. It really doesn't take a lot of space. Would recommend.
