So much dogma in one thread.
No need to hate on an exercise just because it’s popular. And since when are burpees popular? Half the time I mention burpee to someone they don’t even know what it is.
It’s a high intensity cardio exercise. There’s nothing magical about them, but they are time efficient in a calories burnt per minute perspective. People don’t want to do them though because they’re hard.
The king of cucks himself
oD7BFdEjPnc[/youtube
Didn't watch, but I remember seeing some other videos where he claims some ridiculous numbers (like doing several hundred, or maybe it was even a few thousand - I'm pretty sure it was in the hundreds though) in a workout being standard. You would need to be in absolutely phenomenal shape to do that, so I'm a bit skeptical to say the least. Not like there's much else to do in jail though, so MAYBE its true.
At any rate, back to OP - I'm not a fan of them myself, but they will absolutely kick your ass if you're doing them right (including a jump at the end).

Literally everyone does burpees OP, the millitary, martial arts, sports you name it.
Saying they do nothing is like saying push ups do nothing
You are simply retarded if you can't understand how the human body works

Imagine building up to 100 burpees. The havoc that would create on the shoulder joint is madness
