So yeah it sounds like depression or you’ve been sitting at home too long and you’re now become lazy.
-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, you'll be waiting for a pretty long time.

If you have sleep apnea you can stay in bed 12 hrs and come out tired.

I just watched this and it is jam packed with information about sleep, more so than any other single video or article I have seen. It is a take notes/listen again kind of episode.
It can really be a lot of things though. Depression is a possibility. Some other illness.
I actually suffered from crashing fatigue for awhile. I had just lost a lot of weight + moved cross country + my father died. Seemed to be triggered by blood sugar at the time; as in I would eat and then be overcome with the need to sleep shortly after. Gained a lot of weight back. Having to take it off again sucked.
Many people are complaining of lingering fatigue post-COVID infection including people that didn't have bad symptoms.

I don't know if this has/had anything to do with me. I do know I was sick in early March (no test) and then had brain fog/fatigue through August.
Swear I'm not a hypochondriac- so far every time I've actually checked in w/a doctor because I felt off in some way there has been some confirmation found. Haven't bothered w/the possible COVID since I read that antibodies don't last very long.

assuming ur unemployed
i talked to a counsellor about this yesterday. she said it was cause when you don't have structure and you don't do **** all day your brain actually uses much more energy because it's wondering what to do next all the time. it's using all your thinking ability to think about what to do next. things like "ahhh im so tired..." is just negative energy which tires you out even more
i think that's why a lot of people are more tired on their off-days than working days or after work. like most people only work 8 ****in hours it's not much and are tired after work. but most of that is because there's no plan afterwards. if u had plans you would notice all that energy.
she advised that the only way to bypass that is to have a plan ahead of time. she said any plan would work. but it has to be something that you know you can do. like she even said video games can be something you can use to get that structure back.
she said doing short-term things like suddenly decide on going for a walk doesn't really help much because then after that you're wondering what to do next lol which makes sense. if it's like going for a walk, then going to this specific restaurant later, it's better.
it's hard though. but i used to work 14 hour days before had so much energy, I loved my job too. and after work I still had energy. but it's that structural piece, of work, that kept me going. our bodies are meant to be doing things all day.

It could be an inadequate diet OP, not enough cals or energy foods.
