the control you have over shaping your body just how you want and manipulate things is 100x easier that way.

Eventually you just get used to it.

I was a major foodie and always ate out and loved cooking new things so trust me

No snacks. Waste of Calories. Trying to cut and eat at a Caloric limit of 1760 with MyFitnessPal. Usually striving to be ~100 Calories below this actually. I do drink diet soda, including Diet Mountain Dew which technically has 5 Calories per serving, but I don't track that.

The meals I make are usually any combination of:

- Frozen Pizza - leaner variants if I can find them, thin crust, chicken, reduced fat cheeses, spinach, etc.
- Healthy PB2J sandwiches - Wheat bread, PB2 peanut butter powder, sugar free jelly
- Lunch Meat + Cheese sandwiches - Wheat bread, chicken/turkey lunch meat, reduced fat cheese
- Tyson Air fried Nuggets - 160 Cals, 15g carbs, 4g fat, 15g protein, need I say more? Cooked via microwave though.
- Scrambled Eggs - 4 or 5 eggs, 1/2 cup skim milk, 1-2 reduced fat cheese slices, seasonings
- Lean Burgers - Either Turkey patties or 85% lean beef patties, reduced fat cheese slice, wheat buns, seasonings
- Chicken Hotdogs - Chicken franks (reduced fat), wheat buns - Quick and easy to make at least

Other than the above, sometimes the GF cooks up some Hello Fresh meals we split. Thankfully they provide macros for it so I subtract my remaining from whatever that is.

Pre-COVID when I commuted to work I'd meal prep chicken, rice, beans, and a sauce, and eat that as one of the primary meals.

Lately I’ll eat my meal plan for about 2 weeks before massively binging and making myself sick with high sugar foods ruining all progress, then get mad and cycle back on to eating well for 2 weeks before blowing it all back up after those next 2 weeks end

I typically weigh between 174-180 during this 2 week cycle lol

All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

I toss all the veggies with olive oil and salt, throw on a pan, and then roast them in the oven for like 30 minutes. Whole process takes like an hour, biggest waste of time is from waiting for the food to cool down long enough to toss it into the fridge.

When I reheat it up, I normally throw some sauce in the chicken and sprinkle some cheese over the veggies, eat that twice a day and it pretty much meets everything I need. It gets pretty easy when you do it over and over, and you realize food is fuel and not for enjoyment.
Damn I need an instant pot, you buy frozen veggies or get them fresh?

Shrug. It's easy. I do all my food prep on weekends and I don't have to cook during the work week. I do eat different things on the weekend though. I couldn't do this 7 days a week.

Breakfast is quick because I'm in a hurry. It will usually be a pack of instant grits, one cup of egg whites, and some coffee.
Lunch and dinners I make on Sunday that will last my wife and I all week. It's usually a protein (grilled chick thighs, tilapia, salmon, ground turkey) sweet potatoes or rice and a green vegetable like kale, green beans, or brocoli.
Snacks are protein shakes, cottage cheese with berries, tuna packs, fruit.
At night I'll have a few shots of whiskey and snack on the wifes snatch.

I don't eat all day and just eat whatever my wife cooks for supper. Tomorrow night she's gonna cook fried pork chops, black eyed peas and cornbread so I'm gonna eat a chit ton of that and probably make myself sick lol. I drink 30 oz of milk every night too. I've gotten domesticated and lazy so if my wife doesn't cook I'll either eat 3 peanut butter and jellies or 5 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon and 3 frozen biscuits with jelly
