Nah peak are 20s if you have a good career in your 20s, otherwise if you dont have a good job before 30 I feel bad for you.

Depends on how you look at it. Had 1/10th of the legit responsibilities in most of my 20's as I do my 30's. I was in better physical shape in my 20's due to way more free personal time. My early 20's were arguably the time of my life. Spent most of that time married and happy with it, etc.

On the flip side, I'm about 50x wiser and less naive in my 30's, and I'm not deep enough into my 30's yet to judge them yet anyway. 30's me money mogs the absolute fuk out of 20's me, and I still have time to land a decent female to settle down with if (possibly a lot better due to being so much better off nowadays) should luck swing that way. I don't even really care to speculate or hope for that anymore even, though. Just wanna enjoy life, and to hell with anyone who wants to screw that up for me. No more time to bs around hoping halfasssed prospects in life turn into something better than they seem on the surface at face value.

The physique not mattering is the most depressing one for me tbh.

Legit have spent so much time and effort to look better and no one even cares now. Took me too long to get here. If I stood out back in college like I do now in gyms it would have been a game changer.

All it does now is gets out of shape middle aged men coming up to me asking for advice. Yeah f*ck that sh*t
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Yes, I could probably count on one hand the number of days I’ve been depressed since my 30’s, whereas I had a lot of those down times in 20s.

I think you cope better with problems in 30s due to experience, with women for example. You give less a chit for other people’s opinion which helps a lot with your sanity. You should generally be a lot more successful and thus more freedom.

And tbh it’s easier to pull in 30s than 20s, more confidence, more interesting and you haven’t lost your looks yet (I guess it depends on genetics).

20s did bring random shenanigans lolz though.
