Nah it's fine, it was ONLY acute kidney failure and they recovered, not a worrisome side effect at all. What a bunch of idiots.

I work on a renal ward and I wouldn't wish a renal diet on anyone, its such a nightmare to manage and I couldn't think of a worse patient to be on such a diet than a bodybuilder
