saved 50k in 2020 due to not going out to eat/drink, not using Uber, etc.

credit cards are always paid in full every month, and we pay extra to mortgage/student loans and are on track to have them paid off 10 years early

See if you can finagle your way into customer support for a seed stage startup. If you're not completely retarded and reliable you can work your way up into customer success, gain some technical knowledge, and after a few years shift into product management. In five years you could realistically go from entry level to 150k+ easily. You also have to be fine with working for the wokest bros on the planet, but money helps with that.

About $50,000 BUT THAT IS IN THIS TOWN. If a person were to buy the same properties in 95% of the United States, they'd probably pay $150,000-$250,000. When Amazon relocated their distribution center from my town, many people packed up and left. They let the bank have their house if they had a loan. We just buy ban foreclosures for 25 cents on the dollar of the appraised value. The houses are in good shape, otherwise the bank would not have loaned the money. One house sat on the market for 6 years. $60k, then 50k, then 40k, then 30k then 20k. We stole that house and recouped the cost when we rented it to some electricians for 6 months.

E6 in the military so like 75k a year. Could put on E7 only in for 10 years so it's the minimum time I could get it. That's 85k. E8 also looks like very attainable by age 35. They are opening a Simulator near my base so if I get that job they make like 75$ an hour.

I am the head grower at a Cannabis Company. Currently responsible for 200,000 plants, 36 staff and 100 grow rooms.

Last year I did 175k. Looks like I should land around the same this year.

My wife owns a short term high interest lending company. Honestly, it’s almost like being a loan shark. They lend at 33% interest. She out earns me because she is the owner of the company. She earns about 300,000 a year sndI’m sure the company alone of worth 10-15 million.

This is what I was paid so far for January this year so far.

A year ago I was grossing $15,000 a week in rent. By May it was down to $500 a week. But I'm still paying to keep the utilities, cable and wifi on in 23 rental properties (21 were vacant). I mow them too. That takes me 3 days (not full days, but several hours a day for 3 days a week).

I know a guy who owns a business in your industry. (At least I think that's the line of insurance he's in) He collects 1 mil per year salary and at this point basically does very little. Insane amount of money in that industry when you are established/successful.

Little over $100k right now with differentials.. but eventually once done with training and become a CPC (COVID really fukd me) will be more into the $160-170k range with differentials. Hopefully 1-1.5 years if things get back on track
