It's all corporations that pay shareholder money for that garbage under the guise of entertaining customers. Most Individuals don't want to pay that kind of money for that kind of crap entertainment. The boxes, the suites. All wasting shareholder money. I would never go to that crap if it wasn't paid for by the company. It's one big giant pain in the ass including parking, getting around, overpriced concessions, crowds, poor entertainment. The hired Strippers/Hookies are the only good part.

No man

It’s not a balling hotel by any means

Just checked prices, right now 150

Probably like 250-300 before lockdown, no idea though as I’ve never been

The Skydome needs to be torn down and rebuilt for the 21st century.

I've been there a few times for games and car expos. It's pretty cool and brings back nostolgia from when I was a kid back in the early to mid 90's, but now it's lacking everything these new Venues have./

honestly there's a lot of development that could be done in lower mainland BC for tourism and sightseeing...... but city development is non existent lol.

like we have the benefit here of being beside the ocean and living beside rivers..... we could have a lot of hotels beside the water and idk create a nice square and have food markets, festivals, and things like that. but nope.... no city development at all and when there is city development it's ****ing retarded like our canada line. it's like a 6 inch subway sandwich tiny skytrain with the ****tiest seat and functioning designs

we're too busy spending billions of tax dollars on the homeless and junkies over here yep...

Windows looking at a Canadian baseball field? Who the fuk would pay for that?

That's worse than Guantanamo, one would just instantly crumble to dust after facing that concentrated shockwave of boredom.

Dunno if we can get in (or get back for that matter) unless we're essential. That reminds me of the time we went to Niagara in 2007. We were sitting in this chitty Pizza Pizza ordering $17CAD pitchers of Molson watching hockey. I was thinking "oh sweet, this'll be like $8USD, but at the time the exchange rate was pretty close to even. In fact that might've been when USD was worth less than CAD.

Next year we went back, not as poor, stayed in Toronto at a hotel on Bloor St. Brought our own case of beer and remember holding it while the wife was checking us in in this fancy lobby. It was pretty awkward. Ended up going to this Italian restaurant that brewed their own beer and swear to the bloat lord above all their brews used the same recipe as the brew-pub down the street from my house. It was 10/10.

They are in the planning stages of doing a massive reno on the Skydome. Seems interesting but just seems like selling out for condos and will be a massive pain in the ass if you commute around downtown in that area.

The Ritz has the only road (the little horse shoe shaped one in front of it used by taxis and chauffeurs to drop off) in the UK where you drive on the right hand side of the road.

I worked Monster Jam twice in Rogers Centre. These were our hotel rooms, was neat and convenient. Also had an OK restaurant/bar inside that also overlooked the entire floor. Pretty sure they are demolishing this stadium for downtown redevelopment purposes however.
