Lions are retarded. See one in real life and see just how big the gap is. Unless you have a reach based weapon like a spear or a more powerful gun there is no hope at all.
Box Jellies will just kill you randomly if you happen to move into a place with stingers which are difficult to see.
Not sure a .32 is big enough to kill what is essentially an armoured tank which is moving. And there are multiple so if they charge its game over before you can get all the shots off.
