Nobody in FL wishes they were in PA. Lots of people in PA wish they lived in FL. It is what it is. Gotta keep playing the game with them so they don't all off themselves in the Winter.

What scum.
Florida does attract the weirdos and convicts. I spend a lot of time there and have encountered the most "interesting" people. Many who flee the state up north with criminal records head down to Florida, especially Key West where it's easy to get around without a drivers license.
