Your refeed looks like a snack I’d eat in between meals.

What do you mean trolling? When I was dieting for shows I would do weekly refeeds all the way till the show. I haven't done any dieting for over a few years so I wanted to get back in the groove before doing a refeed.

I don't know, not counting...just going by what I used to do.

Mac and cheese looks really good but something about that ham, I think just because it’s sliced like sheets of meat, lol... but I’m kind of odd with sensory things or weird textures and stuff. So... 7/10

i used to do that but now its barely any refeeds. Havnt had one since christmass only 100% set meal plan meals and wont get one until at least march. Only slow reductions in food and slow increases in cardio until super low bf and when my body starts fighting back

I always did aggressive deficits with a weekly refeed so I never had to change my numbers. Never did cardio until the last 3 weeks...just because.

It's never a one size fits all.

Christ what the fuk you all doing for refeed numbers/calorie intake?! Don't get me wrong I feel real good but I don't get a lot of food...

when I refeed its usually AYCE sushi or breakfast buffet, usually its 800g carbs for the day but only 1 meal is off diet, fats are kept super low so no bacon overload or butter or fried anything or having tons of avocado/cream cheese rolls, or cheese loaded breakfast.

Usually its like 30-40 pieces of nigiri and 4 rolls if breakfast its mountains of french toast/pancakes with muffins or cinnamon rolls

Now where’s yours?
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

I love the pumps from those refeed meals when insulin sensitivity is through the roof. Literally get twice as big in the matter of minutes and get a pump just from walking to the car. Then its back to nothing but protein meals, a little CoR, and 1 small rice meal for another week.
