If the onset was abrupt, it could be a pelvic floor issue.

Do you use finasteride or any other meds?

No problem man! I read through the rest of the thread. Everything seems on point except fat intake. I’d bump it up to 30-40% of your cals. Keep saturated fats around 30% of your fat intake and the rest from monounsaturated fats. No polys or Trans. That should help with your blood work. Buuut I’m just a dude on a forum and not a doctor haha good luck dude.

On recharge

EDIT: also, I see you’re lifting 3 days per week. I’d recommend doing 50 mins low intensity cardio on 3 of your non lifting days. 150 mins a week will do wonders. Try beet root juice and pomegranate juice with garlic/vit c if you have any issues with blood flow down there too.
