I live in a 10a zone. It was kinda warm today.
It gets a bit cold at night but I still have some tomato plants that are producing.
I banned the gardeners from the backyard because the weedy wild grass looks cool.
I wouldn't mind getting snow for a couple months but we don't even get frost most years.
The nearby little mountain got some snow a few weeks ago but the last time we even got hale was at least I think 2 years ago.

JFL @ Prairiecels. I remember when the polar vortex hit the NE United States in 2014. Wind chill in my city hit -25°F and I was out there walking around. Chit was no joke tho. By far the most bone chilling cold I ever experienced. Literally bone chilling. 4 layers didn’t even cut it.
Can’t imagine how people live in the Canadian territories or Alaska.
