Yes it's a great movie. You really need to pay attention during it though. It's not one of those chat with your wife and enjoy type of movies.

Beginning and ending were great. Gets slow and a bit off the rails in the middle. It's a long movie.

Tried to watch it 3x. Gave up 45 min to an hour in every time as I was just bored beyond belief. I usually love Nolan movies too.

Ok...Then I'll save it for myself, because I don't believe she's capable of shutting the fuk up during any movie.

If your wife is one that likes to talk during movies she will hate it anyway

You're a little late. The movie is about 6 years old now. I saw it when it became available on Demand many years ago.

But it's good. Worth a watch

It's not really her type of movie to be fair, but she can't seem to shut the fuk up during movies that are her type.

It used to irritate me, but now I just pause the movie and stare at her until she's finished talking.

Sucker for space themed stuff, but I enjoy it.

Well shot, cool sound track, and inspirational. Definitely better if you have a high quality sound system or even some good headphones to set the mood though.

I've been using this trick for years lol. The first couple of times it made her mad but now it just sends the signal that I'm really trying to watch this one so unless you want to sit here with it on for 5 hours from me having to pause it you'll just let me finish

I really liked it. But it’s not a movie you can have on in the background while you’re shooting the sht on your phone.

Also the sound really makes a lot of the scenes pop, so you have to be watching on a large HD screen with good sound quality or it will lose a lot of its luster.

Not a movie you can watch on your iPad while laying in bed

It's probably one of the best movies I've watched in the last several years. I also really like sci-fi and space themed movies, so I might be a bit biased. There's a lot going on and I had to re-watch it and look some things up to really understand what was going on. Similar to other space exploration movies, it starts kinda slow but the meat of it is pretty awesome.

On top of a really intriguing story with some really cool and interesting takes/moments, the acting is superb, and the sound track is beyond words.

I actually recently bought it because I watch it so much and was getting tired of trying to find quality streams on Kodi.

It's a good movie in my opinion. Felt a little uncomfortable seeing Mathew McConaugh bawling his eyes out but it's understandle.

Ass pull about ghosts from the future being in the present is all I mainly remember.

And Matt Damon showing up.

6/10 as in slightly above dead average.

I read the reviews before watching it and they were either a love it or hate it review. I watched it and loved the movie, I also loved learning about some of the effects of space and time. The only part of the movie I don't like is the ending, its not a bad ending but it gets you right in the feels.

It's good but not quite "best in the world". Soundtrack and visuals are fantastic. Plot is good but Dr Brand gets on my nerves and the side characters just feel expendable and not fleshed out.

It gets lots of bad reviews for being "boring" and "pseudo-intellectual" by the low IQ who can't enjoy a sci-fi movie in space.

I still like Shawshank Redemption better.

Spot on. They are legit great sci fi. Interstellar was pseudo intellectual crap. lol @ floating behind some piano in space. Nolan tries to be so smart yet it ends up contrived and laughable to anyone with a working brain.

That's a bit confusing. 8/10, but still overrated. What parts do you think could have been better?

My coworker just said the same thing.
movie is almost 3 hours long, some parts kinda had me disengaged in the movie for a bit and moved very slow. a movie can still be great but overrated. I just don't think it was the greatest movie since sliced bread as others would have you think. and yeah, as others mentioned, if you don't pay attention to the movie or don't know a little bit about gravitational time dilation, you might be confused af
