A bit late to the party, but this is my occasional friday night drink nowadays. I recently bottle about 3.5 gallons of Munich Dunkel. Basically, it's a brown-ish German lager. I lagered it for 10 full weeks (admittedly, out of laziness) so it turned out crystal clear. The slight downside is that it didn't carb as aggressively as I would have hoped as I am assuming a bit of that extra yeast I would have needed fell out of suspension during the elongated lagering time.

I tend to brew all the alcohol I drink here. I have 4 separate meads ready to be bottled as well. 2 buckwheats aged on American and French oak, a dark cherry, and a blueberry/blackberry.
Cocktails are really something I haven't ever really gotten into.
