I normally don't put cheese in mine, but it's definitely a staple in budae jjigae, which is close enough.

For my ramen I normally do this
Broth:
Caramelize onion and garlic chopped up
Then add veggie broth, miso paste, crumbled dried seaweed and dried mushrooms
Then pan fry smoked tofu (from traders)
Cut up and prep/ cut up, spring onions, corn, bokchoy, and maybe other veggies
Put an egg in the broth in a shell to boil for 3-4 minutes and then peel And put in ice water
Take the dry noodles in a bowl pore over the broth add the toppings and cut the egg in half and some garlic chili oil to finish it off
But I won’t lie there some good microwaveable ramen mixes that I just throw an egg in and nuke it.
My fav is making ramen with this “Indomie Mi Goreng Instant Stir Fry Noodles“ kroger has them

10/10 presentation
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

It's pretty dang good! Give it a try sometime. I can understand the cheese apprehension but it's so delicious, I promise!
