Been selected for a new job role, mixed feelings. Accept or nah?

How long have you been at your current job?
*if longer than 2 years. You'll more likely have good relations with your current employer, aswell as more leeway etc than somebody who's been there for less time
Then make an excuse and say something that will allow you to leave on good terms.
Then move to the new job, see what its like. If its decent, then stay. If not then go back to the other
