Are people really questioning the price of beef? Where have they been the past year? Between Covid (lol) and Climate Change (****ing lol), we're going to see a push to remove beef from our diet and focus on bugs for protein. The first step towards that is increasing the price through S&D

The last tomahawk I had I actually barrel smoked slow and then finished on propane grill. I recommend smoking one at some point if you've never tried it.
