What part of Sodak are you in OP? Ya hate to see such a majestic animal killed but you gotta protect the herd. I would love to see Johnny Morris for the bill for the taxidermy work to see that thing on display at one of the states Cabelas stores!

Think this is the cat that killed John Dutton's cattle. We thought Tom Rainwater was behind it.

In other states we have too many deer or too many wild pigs.
Relocation to create balance would seem sensible except that people freak out at a big cat being in the area. There was one shot here in the Dallas area within the past few months that made the news. Wasn't really bothering anyone or killing herd animals according to the report.

They are allowed to shoot all the deer eating their cash crops and they have to leave the deer where they lay. I live on 40 acres and have a deer feeder for entertainment. Have seen as many as 18 deer under it at one time. Yes, that was a magestic animal, but it was cutting in to someones income.

To people that think these are rare I had 14 lions on cam in a 27 mile square area. They’re thick all over the west

There's a bunch of youtube videos from third world countries, that show cougars exactly like in the OP, sneaking up to the front porch of people's homes, and killing their pet dog or cat and dragging it away by the throat, caught on their security cams.
I don't like big cats, or cats in general, so they can go F themselves. Cats are selfish, vile scum that kill living things for fun.
I'm glad they got that one in the OP. Hunt them all down I say.
