mirin streak. My longest streak is 63 days. Once I finally fapped I felt so guilty that I broke my streak and was depressed for a while.

I did 150 days out of curiosity many years ago.

Completely pointless, but I guess if you have a porn addiction it could help.

I believe the evidence only shows a ~7-day test peak, so there could be some benefit to 5-7 days.
