This is true. I've been here 15 years. If you summed the reps of my serial accounts it'd be at least 30K

I made a poll a few months ago with hundreds of votes and it was clear - average misc age is 30-40s, and most miscers have been here around 10 years. Very few new joins, just new accounts. Who would even discover us? We're the internet backwater. Not even relevant enough to have a proper hate group and end up on the Commie News Network

Most of mine came from the supplement section when we used to actually discuss science and sh!t. And running giveaways and product reviews when I was with Blue Star. But dead section is dead.

I say this all the time but no one believes it on the misc. nothing like doing a giveaway for free supps and logging on to see 20 reps on the first post of the thread.

when i first joined there was a thread that had a GIF of a guy falling off of a cliff and tumbling down to the bottom, might have been some water where he landed. someone asked for the story behind it and i replied "Forg3 heard there was a beer down there" (old school miscers will be aware). he mod negged me, i posted a screen shot and it was on from there. cp was a christmas tree of mod reps and negs for a few days. fun learning curve
