The black community needs to take responsibility as a whole and crack down on lower income black families who don’t raise their children properly

This isn’t a race issue, it’s a family and education issue. Imagine the kind of life this scumbag has had being raised to think he can just stab someone and take his belongings all because of name calling when he and his friend instigated a confrontation in the first place
