Don’t abuse the stuff and drink black coffee instead of the meme drinks that tradies pound.

I work nights and drink one 12-14oz black coffee per shift. The other liquid is water.

Drink coffee in the morning only.
Work hard all day and sleep like a baby at 9 pm.
What's the problem?

No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

I quite caffeine a while ago. I don't have high/lows anymore. More of a flat line middle ground throughout the day. I always found if I had caffeine after ~4pm I'd have bad sleeps.

It's quite normal to have increased anxiety when stopping a stimulant or even anti-anxiety medication. Your body has adapted to something that you're abruptly stopping = psychological/physiological responses.
