I've read quite a few stories of people getting hit with chills, fever, the whole 9 about 12 hours later. Not everyone but we'll see. I managed to get a decent nights sleep last night so maybe that'll help me not feel like such crap later tonight when I'm driving.

30ish of my coworkers got it, the next day like 25 of them were out, the next day, 15, and the last day like 7. All due to the side effects of the vaccine.

My cousin got it and every-time she yawns it plays the windows 10 boot up sound.

Otherwise she feels great.

Bit of a headache now but not much else. Still early I know. About to pick up my rental car and drive through the Arizona desert. I wonder if I get a speeding ticket if they’ll let me out of it.

I think it's safe but I honestly don't see a reason to get it unless you're 60+ and/or have underlying health conditions

It never ceases to amaze me how hick miscers who barely passed high school science class think they know more about a subject than scientists who devoted their lives to studying it.

I’d like to be able to leave the country in the next 5 years. A lot of places I want to see will require it.

I'll be looking to get the Pfizer one. Or at least Moderna. J&J is like 66% effective. Better than nothing i guess, lol.

it's not the same vaccine, but long-term studies obviously don't exist so the mistrust is justified to some extent

It's not an MRNA "vaccine."

It's actually a real vaccine.

"Instead of using mRNA, the Johnson & Johnson vaccine uses a disabled adenovirus to deliver the instructions. This adenovirus is in no way related to the coronavirus. It is a completely different virus. Although it can deliver the instructions on how to defeat the coronavirus, it can’t replicate in your body and will not give you a viral infection. "

If I HAD to take one, it would only be the J&J.

Finally done driving. Had a bit of a headache most of the drive that felt like a mild hangover. Arm a bit sore still but nothing else. Just feel a bit off but that’s probably because I’ve been in a car for 6 hours.

Also this. I was leaning no to the mRNA vaccines when this all started. Was pretty much a tossup recently but would’ve ended up eventually getting it just for travel. Having the J&j vaccine available to me made it an easy choice.

I just don’t understand the point of it if it still doesn’t prevent the virus or the spread of it? They are trying to force a strange vaccine on us that doesn’t do anything and in fact could be more dangerous because you could have no symptoms now but spread it around

my wife works with a doctor in her primary care, hes pretty big time, he works at two different hospitals and has his own primary care.. he said to get the Moderna vaccine and he got the Moderna.. he either has inside information or he is deep state as fuk and said that to get us all killed

me and the wifey are holding out a bit cause we want to have another kid and the studies on pregnancies' aren't there yet.. and some food for thought, her co-workers brother's wife got pregnant and got the pfizer shot 1 month into her pregnancy. Through the blood genetic testing done, the baby has down syndrome, she is 24 years old and the dad is 26 years old so it wasn't an old age thing. scary if its related in a way.
