Checked my Runkeeper and did 6.83km in 30.30min, 4.28min per km. Another at 5.85km in 25min which was a 4.23min pace.

I was trying to get reach 6min mile for 2 miles (Bruce Lee said that was a good test for fighting fitness).

but dont let it discourage you

aim for sub 22 5k
sub 20 might be too optimistic for most people

just run 5x a week and youll be flyin in no time boyo
