Im on Tik Tok and I havent seen an underage dancing girl video or any other dirty video in probably 6 months. Why...because I watch, like and follow gun, tradie humor and religious content. In the past when I would see degen content, I would select (show less of this content). It took about a week of that before I started getting content I wanted.

What are you on about, can't you read? I litterally just downloaded the app registered an account and every single video I have gone through is as I described. I have not even given out a single comment or like.

Maybe if you use it more and start liking specific stuff and filtering out the trash then sure but that doesnt change the fact that the stuff that is featured by default and viewed the most is this degen content.

Its a nice time waster if you're on a break at work or something. The reason the op keeps getting those types of videos in his feed is because he sits and watches them to completion and probably "likes" or comments on the video which tells the algorithm to keep giving him videos of sloots twerking and announcing their degenerate activities to the world.

If you're so disgusted by it op, perform a long-press on the video and say you're not interested in it and it will purge videos like those from your fyp (for you page) Most of my videos are dash cam accidents, people showing off their cars/homes/luxury living, cooking recipies, real estate chit, survival tips and science chit, and I get the occasional stock and politics videos here and there. All the teen dancing crap was purged from my "fyp" in about a day or two of using the app.
