probably going to get this around sept/oct. i fast regularly so me not eating during wearing the stuff isn't going to bother me.

do you have to wear the retainer daily?

wow that is fast in 6 months. i remember braces taking like 2 years

also i have had a permanent retainer for like... chit almost 20 years now. It has kept my bottom teeth in position and i normally dont know its there. Occasionally one of the brackets breaks and they can fix it. Some dentists will fix it and some wont touch it and tell me to go to an ortho. I never got any cavities in that area but it makes it harder to floss, techincally supposed to slip stuff up underneath them to floss but i rarely do. I dont get much plaque and all that so its been pretty painless.

That’s the dumb thing the knockoffs are barely cheaper than getting the real deal.

This is really awesome, it’s hard to know what results are real and what are faked for marketing purposes so really grateful. Will definitely try this now

Will rep when off RC

Had braces as a teenager and wish these had enough been around. Braces were a pain in the ass at that time and painful.
This body holding me, be my reminder here that I am not alone.
